One star because that's the minimum for the rating. It was slightly pink when received, and then less than 4 hours after wearing it (without contact with water, of course), it was all rusted! Horrible, it's definitely not stainless steel or plated.

Very nice, I liked it. There is an option to enlarge or reduce it. I haven't tried showering with it, but it seems to be of high quality.
